Who we are

Amakin is a geolocated augmented reality city game published by NEXDIGIX, which is responsible for the data described here. Contact: privacy@amakin.ma.

What we collect

This site collects one thing: the email address you give to join the waitlist, with your consent and its date. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts, images and scripts come from amakin.ma itself.

Why

To tell you when Amakin launches. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming your address from the email we send you.

Who handles it

Our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), stores the waitlist and sends the confirmation and launch emails on our behalf. The site itself is hosted by Hetzner.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or write to privacy@amakin.ma. These rights come from Moroccan law 09-08 and, for residents of the European Union, from the GDPR. You can also contact the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority.

Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. The Android robot is reproduced or modified from work created and shared by Google and used according to terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License.
